Gatsby builds only failing on Netlify

Hello, I am building a reasonably complex site that pulls some data from git submodules and combines a bunch of data to ultimately pipe it into Gatsby. The issue is that I can get the builds to work absolutely fine on 2 separate Linux machines with different distros (Debian and Ubuntu), different Node versions (10.16 and 10.17), but somehow my builds are always broken on Netlify's server. Does anyone know what I could do?

Trump being mislead by feminist inclined Bureaucrats...
How can we take seriously the decision of a President concerning containment measures which impede largely on Unalienable Fundamental Rights, when the Bureaucrats behind the numbers suffer from total opacity. The CDC has been the least cooperative in releasing statistics to the public concerning the current outbreak, and has stopped cooperating with Institutions whom were delivering important data concerning the crisis.
Where is the data, and where can we get the methodologies for the model used, which made Donald flinch again under pressure on Sunday March 29th, taking measures which are sure to make government departments whose business is to spy on individual behavior rejoice.
While Americans in good faith are cooperating in this never seen mass coordination of censoring liberties, bureaucrats from the Emergency Task are feeding the President with Information which may not be tested for quality, except by themselves...
In my past post I did feed the need for discernment when taking account of the different epidemiological models forecasting the Covid-19 outcomes which should be based on non-linear probability theory. Yet, the most "authoritative" bureaucratic arguments are based on linearity and Gaussian models...the same mistake we witnessed in the financial markets preceding the 2008-09 market collapse. An interesting article by a meteorologist from early March points to the difficulty of modeling anything currently: Why predicting COVID-19 is like forecasting with a broken weather model .
Epidemiology dynamics is part of the same statistical science as Meteorology, Network theory in that it is non linear.
Why doesn't Anthony Fauci or Deborah Birx communicate to the larger public the methodology of their model and the data they have collected?
The reason is that most people of independent mind and with sufficient knowledge will understand that the data they are using is mostly unreliable to create a potent model because of quantity of constraints which cannot be expressed in the model, and the large asymmetry in timing of many data crucial to making valid forecasts. In the preceding article, meteorology uses real time data picked by satellite which have complete perception of the evolution of systems.
The data in a pandemic situation, especially early on, comes in asymmetric packets, the actions taken are not synchronized over the whole landscape, some are largely erroneous, some are lacking (for examples number of deaths in an early report had to be estimated (because out of 4,229 bureaucratic forms reporting illnesses, 3,000 lacked the information concerning death) most parameters must be estimated, creating larger confidence uncertainties: "Data on these cases are preliminary and are missing for some key characteristics of interest, including hospitalization status (1,514), ICU admission (2,253), death (2,001), and age (386). Because of these missing data, the percentages of hospitalizations, ICU admissions, and deaths (case-fatality percentages) were estimated as a range."
The tendency of rushing to modeling without proper discernment and judgement with qualitative approaches and empirical non-political un-bias discipline is essential. But as we have all noted, this whole crisis is rampant with the ill faith of political ambitions. We are their as Guinea Pigs.
Let's just look at a few scientific observations which may shed light on the "objectivity" of modeling at large in the case of epidemiology.
The R(0) measure (Reproduction or Replication) is the new word of authority used by the Media and Bureaucrat...it has been tested for its effectiveness. You put it in the head of a naive audience, and automatically, it becomes their self redundant mantra:..."the R(0) is so high, they say it's high, this guy says it could be even higher....".
In fact, as a PEOPLE, you were not told by these media and Bureaucratic "experts", that the R(0) always starts high falls down rapidly. This is why most models which used very early measures of the R(0) as an input will give irresponsible forecast which become a nuisance to decision makers.
"The obtained equations show that the basic reproduction number, R0, is not a constant, dependent on the volume fraction of virus particles, virus particle size, and virus particle packing structure, the energy barrier associated with susceptible individuals, and environment temperature...
The basic reproduction number is not a constant and can be computed once the parameters in the models are determine." "A very important parameter in infectious disease transmission is the basic reproduction number, R0, which is the transmission rate divided by the recovery rate. It is considered to be an indicator on the severity of infectious transmissions....
Initially, R0 is really high, but decays rapidly and approaches a steady value. The predicted steady R0 value is about 3.5 according to MSEIR model and about 1.5 according to MSIR model. Early studies on coronavirus show R0=2.238, 2.6840, and 3.1139. Variation of R0 may stem from the fact that it is not a constant in theory based on our model. Complex estimation methods on R0 make some researchers believe that R0 is not an indicative parameter to us." Tian Hao
Further, a neglected fact in the current crisis is the simulteanous attack on the population by 2 different epidemic/pandemic infections. The seasonal flu, with official beginning season 29 Sept 2019 in the US, and the Covid-19 infection starting, probably in the first week of January in the US.
This gives the opportunity to consider different containment strategies, but first look at some recent theory around this:
From : Shaping the phylogenetic tree of influenza by cross-immunity, Viggo Andreasen¹ and Akira Sasaki", International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis, Evolution and Ecology Program, 2006.
"In addition to the permanent immunity responsible for influenza drift, influenza may give rise to a temporary immunity. Ferguson et al. (2003) and Tria et al. (2005) both report that their large simulation models could not produce unlike phylogenies unless they included a temporary immunity lasting some months and they quote several clinical studies in support of the existence of such short-lived protection. Recently Forsberg and Christiansen (2003) have found evidence for selection against known TCL-epitopes in human influenza, suggesting that T-cell immunity plays a role. This system may be associated with the observed broad but temporary immunity."
Keep in mind that this text discusses epidemiological Drifts, that is a mutation keeping similar characteristics as its predecessors. Currently the SARS-CoV2 virus is a Lift, the reason we associate it a Pandemic...while lifts are maintained in the epidemic landscape.

Read the text for yourself for the shortcomings on the work. But let's continue:
Wikramaratna PS, Sandeman M, Recker M, Gupta S. 2013,The antigenic evolution of influenza: drift or thrift? Phil Trans R Soc B 368: 20120200.

"These additional assumptions can allow the virus population to progress in a linear manner through its available "antigenic space" by counteracting the diffusive tendencies of antigenic drift. A common assumption here is that the potential for variation of the HA protein is extremely high and that long-term immune responses to HA are strain-specific, such that immunity to one antigenic type has no effect on any forms other than those that have very recently diverged from it. We have challenged this notion [6] by showing that epidemic behaviour of influenza can be readily explained by assuming that each strain elicits long-term partially cross-protective immune responses in addition to strain-specific immunity. This model—which we will henceforward refer to as the "antigenic thrift" model (as suggested by Eddie Holmes)—departs from the conventional ‘antigenic drift’ hypothesis in a number of important ways: (i) there are a restricted number of unique but inter-connected antigenic states, (ii) the virus population has continuous access to these states, but (iii) most of these are unsuccessful owing to pre-existing partially cross-reactive immune responses in the host population."
Here we are introduce to a Novel Theory of Cross-Immunization potential from both Lifts and Drifts, and while this term is not yet accepted, it may well be in the near future: Thrift.
Further in the same text: "...the most compelling evidence in support of the antigenic thrift hypothesis comes from the antigenic analysis performed in the wake of the 2009 H1N1 pandemic. Multiple serological studies have found evidence in the elderly of pre-existing antibodies that recognize the 2009 pandemic strain [28–35], and this appears to explain the low rates of disease in this age group during the pandemic [30,35–37]. Infection of both ferrets and mice with A/New Jersey/76 has been shown to confer strong cross-protection against challenge with 2009 pandemic H1N1, together with high cross-reactivity in the HI test [38–41]. In humans, receipt of the A/New Jersey/76 vaccine has been implicated in superior antibody responses against the 2009 strain [42]. H1N1 isolated prior to 1950 has also been shown to elicit significant, though less complete, protection upon challenge by pandemic H1N1 in both animal models, despite only weak cross-reactivity within HI and MN tests [38–41,43].
Lastly: Virus–virus interactions impact the population dynamics of influenza and the common cold Sema Nickbakhsh et al. PNAS, 2019
"When multiple pathogens co-circulate this can lead to competitive or cooperative forms of pathogen–pathogen interactions. It is believed that such interactions occur among cold and flu viruses, perhaps through broad-acting immunity, resulting in interlinked epidemiological patterns of infection. However, to date, quantitative evidence has been limited. We analyzed a large collection of diagnostic reports collected over multiple years for 11 respiratory viruses. Our analyses provide strong statistical support for the existence of interactions among respiratory viruses. Using computer simulations, we found that very short-lived interference(s) may explain why common cold infections are less frequent during flu seasons. Improved understanding of how the epidemiology of viral infections is interlinked can help improve disease forecasting and evaluation of disease control interventions."
What do I want, will I be asked in a pragmatical-transactional society...?
First: SHOW ME THE DATA!
  1. Total social sequestration is a mistake with the risk of an economic collapse. This is the wrong, and mischievously motivated policy. It has more to do with a Coup d'État, that good Sanitary Strategy. Just this morning, an article explains the quick effect of this national Quarantine on health of individuals. Americans exercise 39% less and sleep more. This will quickly lead to disastrous effect on immune reflexes, metabolic tone.
Further, in a society where we could trust each other, which means where political interference by high stake players gives whiff of collateral damage, we could take a very blatant aggressive strategy. If we believe that cross-immunity may exist between original, lift and drift strains, they let the less vulnerable go out, potentially catch with the remainder of the seasonal influenza strain or Covid-19, which will build total immunity in the short term. Further, barricade the vulnerable in very efficient quarantine. This means even in the family structure, for example. Social structure and family structure are important variable in the spread of a virus.
Role of social networks in shaping disease transmission during a community outbreak of 2009 H1N1 pandemic influenza, Simon Cauchemeza et al., PNAS, 2011
A high-resolution human contact network for infectious disease transmission, Marcel Salathéa, PNAS, 2010
This is high risk in a society were good faith is absent, but an intelligent sane strategy in a well balanced society...which one are we?
